Hey there!
From the LEs that will be launched this month, my local drugstore put this one up first: Essence's Class Of 2013 LE.
This LE contains 3 eyeshadow pens, 2 lip tints, 1 translucent powder, 1 blush, 5 nail polishes, hair ties and a beauty bag. Here *click* you can get an overview of the products.
The eyeshadow pens are all shimmery, in the shades champagne, light blue and light brown. They're a little too metallic for my liking.
The lip tints come in little lipgloss tubes with applicators. One is a brownish red and the other a really light pink, none contains shimmer. They looked okay.
The translucent powder was actually something I'd wanted to buy, but it was already sold out :P
The blush is nice, a matte light pink shade with a darker pink metallic grid on it. Not exactly my color, though, I have better blushes :D
The nail polishes are 4 regular polishes and 1 glitter top coat, and even though they did look nice, there was nothing unique about them. Didn't get any.
The hair ties and the beauty bag are both cute, but nothing you have to have.
After all, this is a nice LE and I'm sure you'd be able to find something you like, it's just not what I "need". Saved some money :D
What do you think of this one?

NOTD October 6th: Koi Nail Art
Hey guys!
After seeing this great nail art by Chalkboardnails *click*, I knew I had to recreate it. So here is my Koi mani!
For a base I used China Glaze For Audrey, and then I used random polishes to create the bubbles and the fish. I actually really like this nail art design, to me it's really cute :)
What do you think of it? If you'd like to see a tutorial, let me know :)

November 2012 LE Previews
Hey there!
Today I'd like to show you some previews for November LEs that have just been launched.
Catrice's LE for November will be called SpectaculART, and here *click* you can see an overview of the products. With the silvers and gold and pinks it kinda already reminds me of New Year's Eve, but the design is also a little Christmas-themed. I love the highlighter!
Essence's first LE for November will be called Home Sweet Home, which can be seen here *click*. I love the knit print and even though the colors are rather bright, it looks very cozy to me :) Look at those blushes! :D
And last but not least, Essence's Breaking Dawn Part 2 LE, *click*. As with every new Twilight movie, Essence is doing a matching collection, and this one looks really promising. I love the shimmers, and have especially high hopes for the nail polishes :)
I'm kinda excited for these LEs, what do you think about them?

NOTD October 4th: Kiko - 364
Hey guys :)
Today I'd like to show you a super pretty fall shade, 364 by Kiko.
364 is a deep muddy plummy brownish red creme. I think that's the best description :D I love how the plummy undertones make it a little warmer, because other than that, it's a cool-toned shade. The red's not bight, it's muted and brown-toned, really fall-appropriate.
Application of 364 was great, the consistency was nice and neither thick nor thin. I used 2 coats for the pictures.
I'm really a big fan of this shade, not only because it reminds me of OPI - I'm Suzi & I'm A Chocoholic. But the OPI polish is warmer and redder, they're not dupes in my opinion.
What do you think of it?

September '12 Favorites
Hey there!
With a short delay I'd like to show you my favorites of the month of September!
Essence Wild Craft LE Duo Brush - I'm really a fan of this double-ended brush, it's really great for all kinds of application :) I preferably used the big side for powder. Here *click* I reviewed it.
Catrice Hollywood's Fabulous 40ties LE Blush - A super pretty coral pink blush, and it's matte. I used it all the time. *Click* for a review.
Catrice Hollywood's Fabulous 40ties LE Eyebrow Lifter - I think this might be my #1 product of the month. I love this stuff so much, it makes the best highlights :) Review: *click*.
Catrice Eyeshadow My First Copperware Party - this is my favorite day-to-day eyeshadow, it looks great on it's own and has a nice pigmentation. Here *click* you can see swatches of it.
Essence Double-Ended Dotting Tool - last but not least, Essence's new double-ended dotting tool. It's really great, and I love it for nail art :) I created this mani *click* with it, for example.
I think this is a small but nice selection of the products I really used all the time during September.
What were your favorites?

NOTD October 2nd: Bavaria Oktoberfest Nail Art
Hey there!
I know, two NOTDs in a row, but I just have to show this one to you guys :)
As you might know, I live in Bavaria, and right now there's the Oktoberfest going on! I really hope you all already heard of it :D For those who don't, it's the biggest fair in the whole wide world, taking place each year in Munich, and it's just pure awesomeness. Seriously, I love it so much :D I am so glad I live in Bavaria, it's the best place in the world :)
But anyway, the Oktoberfest is still taking place for a couple of days, and I just had to do a nail art mani for it! I already went there on Friday, and tonight I'll be there again :)
For my nail art, I decided to combine 3 important parts, so I drew the Bavarian flag, a gingerbread heart and beer. Most important parts for the Oktoberfest :D
What do you think of my nail art? And have you ever been to the Oktoberfest?
xoxo, Misch

NOTD October 1st: China Glaze - Rodeo Fanatic
Hi there!
Today I'd like to show you one of my favorite polishes, Rodeo Fanatic by China Glaze.
Rodeo Fanatic is a deep blue shimmer color, leaning purple at some angles. It's very glowy with a strong out-standing shimmer which gives it some depth.
Application was really great, I used 2 normal coats and it went on easily.
Rodeo Fanatic was part of the Fall 2008 Rodeo Diva Collection by China Glaze, but it's still available. I actually already showed this to you about a year ago here *click*. I thought new pictures wouldn't be bad, but click the link above for sunlight pictures :)
